Registration Cancellation Policy
AAHFN will not refund the AAHFN 18th Annual Meeting Registration fees paid. Registrants will have access to the meeting content until December 31st, 2022.

Six-Month Access to On-Demand Content
By registering to attend AAHFN 2022, you also will gain yearlong access to all Live Broadcast sessions available in an On-Demand format. The access includes all Plenary Sessions, Sessions, and Oral Abstracts. The On-Demand Access is available until December 31st, 2022.
