Innovation Call for Sessions - Submission Site Now Closed
The Innovation Call for Sessions submission site is now open for the AAHFN 18th Annual Meeting. AAHFN Members interested in sharing innovations in care that they are involved in should submit a one-page outline summarizing a problem and their intervention or innovation developed to address it. The topics are not limited to what is listed below.

Requirements
Eligibility to Submit a Session
The opportunity to submit a session is limited to AAHFN members in good standing. Member number required at submission.
Innovative Practice Models at Your Center
AAHFN Members interested in sharing innovations in care that they are involved in should submit a one-page outline summarizing a problem and their intervention or an innovation developed to address it. Each presenter will have 15 minutes of presentation time. The outline should list the key elements and content that will be discussed during a 10-minute presentation. There will be 5 minutes following the presentation for question and answer from the audience. Topics will vary in focus depending on the issue being addressed. The topics are not limited to what is listed below.
Selection Process
The AAHFN Annual Meeting Committee will review all sessions, blinded to the member identity, and will consider the merits of the sessions as well as the balance of topics needed within the meeting program when making decisions to accept or reject a session.
Presentation Length
Sessions should be designed for (10) minutes of presentation and (5) minutes for questions.
Presenters
The maximum number of presenters per session is one.
Outline
Sessions must include a one-page outline summarizing the innovation and content that will be presented.
