Download the Professional Development Form from the CHFN tab dropdown menu. Complete all required fields, including CEs. Do not submit certificates in place of the form, as they will not be accepted and may delay your application evaluation.
Computer-Based Testing
CHFN exams are available at testing centers in four quarters of the year. Find a testing center near you:
Online Scheduling
To schedule a remotely proctored online exam, review the ProProctor User Guide and confirm your computer's compatibility. Remote proctored exams require a computer with a camera, microphone, and internet access.

Exam Confirmation
After scheduling your exam, review your confirmation email to verify the correct exam, date, and time.
For technical support during your ProProctor exam, call 800-226-7958 (available daily from 7 AM - 12:30 AM EDT).
