The Connection

One of the many benefits of being a member of AAHFN is having access to The Connection, a quarterly newsletter that includes information on the latest topics related to heart failure nursing along with AAHFN committee updates. Members are sent a printed copy and are also able to download a digital copy of the newsletter.
