The American Association of Heart Failure Nurses has developed a multifaceted commitment and 1-year campaign focusing on HF Prevention. The goal of this campaign is to provide AAHFN members, patients, and other Health Care Providers (HCPs) with the knowledge and tools to not only understand Heart Failure Prevention but develop multidisciplinary strategies to aggressively lower these risk factors and address disease modifiers through appropriate medical intervention, innovative patient education, and behavioral strategies.
