**Individuals who are enrolled in full time programs that are studying to become registered nurses (RN) can take advantage of the student fees. Students must verify their status by uploading a copy current enrollment documents or a letter from faculty adviser) at time of registration.

The AAHFN urges all conference attendees to make sleeping room reservations at the only host hotel, The Swan and Dolphin. Please support the AAHFN by staying at the host hotel. We think you will find the increased networking opportunities, quality hotel services, amenities, and proximity to the meeting to be worth it! 

Hotel reservations should be made directly with the Swan and Dolphin using the online reservation system or by calling the toll free phone number provided. Neither the AAHFN or the Swan and Dolphin solicit reservations by phone or email. If you are contacted by anyone asking if you need a room reservation for the Annual Meeting, or if they represent themselves as the “AAHFN housing provider,” they are NOT contacting you on our behalf.  If you receive any solicitations regarding hotel reservations for the meeting please get as much information as you can, and contact us with the details by email at information@aahfn.org or by phone at 888.45.AAHFN. 

 The hotel was contracted to provide the best rate and service as a convenience for meeting attendees. In order to reserve the required meeting space, the AAHFN has a contractual obligation to fill a specified number of sleeping rooms. The AAHFN is at risk for defaulting on this obligation if reservations are made outside of our room block or at other hotels. Failure to meet the contractual obligation will translate into the AAHFN paying penalties to the hotel. Should this occur, the AAHFN will likely be forced to increase registration fees for future meetings.  

Room Rates and Reservations 

 The negotiated group rate is $268.88 for a single or double occupancy room. That rate includes applicable state and local taxes and the resort fee*. Reservations must be made by end of business on Monday, May 29, 2017 - 5:00 pm - local hotel time. The discounted group rate is available three (3) days prior to and after the meeting, subject to availability of rooms at the time of reservation. 

      *Resort Fee includes:

• Unlimited in-room high speed Internet access
• Up to 60 minutes of free local, toll free and credit card access calls (10 cents a minute thereafter)
• 20 minutes of long distance calls per day
• 2 bottles of water daily
• Unlimited access to the resort's health club facilities 

The first night's deposit and one night resort service fee plus applicable taxes will be charged to your credit card upon confirmation of your reservation. 

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel your reservation, the individual deposit and the fee is refundable if notice is received at least five (5) days prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.Cancellations may be made by calling the hotel directly at 800-227-1500 or 407-934-4000 ext 2300 or by email at grouprez@swandolphin.com.

Hotel Parking

Self-parking overnight is $20 plus tax per day.

Valet parking overnight is $28 plus tax per day.
