Purpose Statement

The purpose of this activity is to provide more information relating to Heart Failure with Preserved Ejection Fraction.   

Learner Outcomes

By participating in this activity,the learner will be able:

  • To identify patients who are presenting with HFpEF in the ED, ill be able to effectively
  • Evaluate the exercise ability of the patient with HFpEF
  • Identify challenges in dietary adherence in different geographical areas
  • Identify the difference between HFrEF and HFpEF
