Registration will re-open after the Live Event.

16th Annual Meeting Goes Virtual Starting June 25, 2020 and will be available through May 30, 2021.

*Individuals will receive a complimentary membership for the remainder of 2020. Membership will expire 12/31/2020.  This offer is for new members only. 

**Individuals who are enrolled in full-time programs studying to become registered nurses (RN) are eligible for the student registration fees. Students must verify their status by providing a copy of their current enrollment documents or a letter from a faculty adviser.

Important Information for In-Person Meeting Participants

For those who have already registered and paid for the in-person meeting, registration will be “transferred” to the virtual meeting. The difference in price will be refunded to those attendees within the upcoming weeks. 

 

Virtual AAHFN 16th Annual Meeting Registration Cancellation / Refund Policy

AAHFN will not refund Virtual AAHFN 16th Annual Meeting Registration fees paid. Registrants will have access to the Virtual Meeting Content for up to one year.


In-Person Meeting Registration Cancellation / Refund Policy

For those who have already registered and paid for the in-person meeting, registration will be “transferred” to the virtual meeting. The difference in price will be refunded to those attendees within the upcoming weeks.

  1. Name, address, employer/organization name
  2. Amount of refund requested
  3. Reason(s) for request
  4. Copy of any document necessitating your inability to participate (examples include airline flight cancellation confirmation, government order to not travel, employer order to not travel)

Cancellation requests for the in-person meeting, submitted after May 28, 2020, will not be refunded


Virtual Sessions

The Virtual Meeting will include sessions where you can interact LIVE with speakers and sponsors.
