We are pleased to share some important updates regarding the AAHFN 16th Annual Meeting. After careful consideration, the AAHFN Board of Directors have made the decision to transform the in-person meeting into a virtual meeting experience.

Putting the health, safety, and security of AAHFN participants and staff first and understanding the impact of travel during this time, the decision became clear to offer a new and innovative virtual platform this year.

AAHFN is a non-profit organization that depends heavily on its annual meeting to sustain its financial well-being. Like other professional organizations, AAHFN has made up-front investments to plan and execute the meeting. Canceling the in-person meeting has consequences not just for attendees, presenters, and exhibitors but for the organization as well. Nevertheless, AAHFN remains committed to its mission to lead nurses in heart failure care, sharing ideas, translating research findings into practice, setting priorities for the future, and looks forward to embracing this meeting platform in 2020.



Attendees who made a reservation through the Boston Marriott Copley Place will have their hotel reservations automatically canceled by the hotel. The hotel will be sending out separate communication within the upcoming weeks.

AAHFN is not liable for refunds on travel. Attendees should check their individual airlines for specific cancellation/refund policies. AAHFN will not be responsible for any airline cancellation or change fees. Attendees who have made travel arrangements through Crystal Travel Management Company, the AAHFN designated travel agent, will need to contact Sean Kelly directly.
