Donate to the Heart Failure Patient Foundation

HFPF is a 501(c)3 organization.

Show your appreciation for your co-workers and fellow nurses by making a donation in their honor to the organization that is dedicated to advancing nursing education, clinical practice and research, to improve heart failure patient outcomes.

AAHFN relies on the generosity of donors to help us continue to provide advanced educational opportunities in emerging research, evidence-based clinical practice, and state-of-the-art therapies and techniques. Through continued support, AAHFN can achieve its goals of becoming the first point of contact for heart failure information and education, to provide our members with scholarships, research and grant awards and to develop and implement certification for nurses.

We invite you to donate to one of the following funds to show your appreciation for your co-workers, friends, and nurses everywhere caring for patients with heart failure.

General Fund » Donate Online

The AAHFN General Fund provides vital flexible annual funding that allows AAHFN to support general operations and take advantage of new opportunities as they arise. Your donation to the AAHFN General Fund will be used to support programs, opportunities, and operations as necessary. It allows AAHFN to continue to provide information and resources via the AAHFN Website (www.aahfn.org ) and AAHFN Headquarters.​ AAHFN is a 501(c)6 organization. Donations made to AAHFN are not tax-deductible.

Scholarship Fund » Donate Online

Your contribution to the AAHFN Scholarship Fund provides educational opportunities and/or membership benefits to nurses who would otherwise be unable to take advantage of AAHFN's membership benefits and/or attend the Annual Meeting. Your investment in the future of a heart failure nurse today is an investment in the future of heart failure care tomorrow. AAHFN is a 501(c)6 organization. Donations made to AAHFN are not tax deductible.

Program and Educational Funds » Donate Online

Your support will help fund advanced educational opportunities in emerging research, evidence-based clinical practice, and state-of-the-art therapies and techniques. Current programs include the Annual Meeting and online CE. With continued support AAHFN hopes to develop grassroots educational opportunities and Heart Failure Nurse Certification.
