*Individuals who are enrolled in full-time programs studying to become registered nurses (RN) are eligible for the student registration fees. Students must verify their status by providing a copy of their current enrollment documents or a letter from a faculty adviser.

 

Registration Cancellation Policy

All requests for cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing to information@aahfn.org no later than midnight on Thursday, May 27, 2021, and are subject to a non-refundable $150.00 administrative fee. Cancellation requests submitted after May 27, 2021, will not be refunded. Registrants will have access to the Virtual Meeting Content for up to 90 days.

Payment

Registration must be paid using a valid credit card online.  Full payment must accompany all registrations and registration will not be final until payment is received. If you must pay by check please contact Caroline Canino at ccanino@aahfn.org.

Group Registration

The AAHFN is offering group registration for institutes registering 10 or more attendees together. There is a $10.00 discount for each attendee. For more details, contact Caroline Canino at ccanino@aahfn.org.
