The purpose of this webinar is to promote a better understanding of the indications, patient monitoring and troubleshooting strategies for the use of Aquapheresis in the care of the Acute Decompensated Heart Failure patient.
Objectives1. Define the purpose and clinical indications for the use of Aquapheresis in the care of the Acute Decompensated Heart Failure patient.
2. Describe the procedure, patient preparation, and monitoring required when performing Aquapheresis.
3. Discuss common complications of Aquaphersis and troubleshooting strategies to prevent complications.
Requirement for successful completion
Participant must read the accreditation information, complete the activity in its entirety, successfully pass the post test with a minimal score of 70% and submit an evaluation to be awarded contact hours.
