Advanced Heart Failure Goes Virtual
The AAHFN Board of Directors has decided to turn the in-person Advanced Symposium into a virtual meeting experience. Our decision to go virtual was not taken lightly. Due to the successful virtual meetings of the Amyloidosis: Diagnosis to Treatments and the AAHFN 16th Annual Meeting, the AAHFN believes this is the best way to provide content this year for the safety of everyone. We will be using the same virtual meeting vendor as the Amyloidosis Virtual Meeting, this was a more user-friendly platform. The AAHFN is excited to be able to offer this meeting to you both live and on-demand to watch anytime up to 90 days.

Virtual Program
The virtual program will be available soon. All times are listed in Eastern Time. The West and Mid-West attendees can join the live meeting at any time that is convenient for them. Sessions will be on-demand for 60 days to watch.

Registration
For those who have already registered and paid for the in-person meeting, registration will be “transferred” to the virtual meeting.

The event’s operating hours, schedules, and speakers are subject to change or cancellation without notice. Refunds will be not issued for failure to view a live or recorded session.

Upon registering for the AAHFN Advanced HF Symposium you have consented to share your contact information with exhibitors and sponsors.

Travel
AAHFN is not liable for refunds on travel. Attendees should check their individual airlines for specific cancellation/refund policies. AAHFN will not be responsible for any airline cancellation or change fees. Attendees who have made travel arrangements through Crystal Travel Management Company, the AAHFN designated travel agent, will need to contact Sean Kelly directly. AAHFN is not liable for refunds on travel.
