Resources Welcome to the premier center for all the important resources you need to provide great heart failure care to patients and families. This is a “members-only” section of the website that allows access to the most current information on heart failure management. The Member’s library helps keep you abreast of the latest trends and thinking in heart failure by providing the most up-to-date publications, recap of studies and trials, case studies, online CEs, educational media, and the ability to register to have access to a slide bank of recent trials in heart failure. The Research / Grants section keeps our members up to date on the efforts and opportunities in heart failure research. As AAHFN develops, we will establish research grants for members who are interested in pursuing research on heart failure topics. As our membership grows, we also plan a call for research abstract presentations for our annual meeting.
