News Letter Welcome to The Connection—the official newsletter of AAHFN, designed specifically for heart failure nurses. The Fall 2008 Newsletter is available for online viewing. This issue of The Connection is devoted to the 2008 Annual Meeting. Our Scholarship winners played roving reporters at the Annual Meeting and offer a summary of the various sessions held.
