This Independent Study activity provides 1.0 contact hour by the American Association of Heart Failure Nurses PA-54/DEC/08 an approved provider of continuing education by the Washington State Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.
